The Gathering Place is intended to be just that, a place for friends and family to come together. This home sits on a half acre lot in the Alpine neighborhood of Peak 7 that offers the comfort of the private home and still only minutes from the slopes. With two levels, and two separate "gathering" rooms, it works well for those times you want to enjoy socializing with some separation between adults and children.

The kitchen and dining room are designed to the theme, with plenty of space for the cook and seating for 10 at the dining table. The family room is on the lower level with comfortable seating, game table, foosball table, TV, Xbox game system and two sliding glass doors that open to the private hot tub and back yard. In the living room, gather around the gas fireplace with comfortable furnishings, TV, Stereo, and enjoy the sliding glass doors to the spacious deck with great views! In the laundry room, there is a brand new Fisher & Paykel extra quiet full size washer and dryer. In addition, there is a cool air boot dryer that can accommodate up to six pairs of ski boots.

The master bedroom has a king bed with bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. Bedroom #2, the cowboy room has a queen bed and TV. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and shares a full bath with bedroom #2. In bedroom #4 are two sets of twin bunks and in the family room there is a queen Murphy bed with a pillow top mattress (yes, a real bed) disguised as an armoire. This gathering place is complete with a 1-car garage, private hot tub, sauna and horse shoe pit. Compliementary WIFI available.
