2975 Manns Ranch Road has two master suites, each on their own floor, with large marble laden private baths and king beds. The other two guest rooms are nothing to overlook either, as both have beautiful private baths, fine bedding, and handcrafted furnishings. The main level features a state-of-the-art family room with a wide-screen plasma TV, full media capabilities, and a gaming area.
Other notable features of this home would be an outdoor hot tub, and gas fire pit area that offer extraordinary views of the Eastern Vail Valley. A custom water feature and outdoor speakers provide the sound track in this outdoor area for guests seeking deep relaxation and tranquility. There is garage parking for two vehicles, and a large ski rack for holding winter gear. The expansive living spaces of this home, both indoor and out are finished in a contemporary mountain décor. The interior design and stylish furnishings are second to none.
