Villa Le Sud is a beautiful property situated at five kilometres from the city centre. This villa offers all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Morocco. With its eight double bedrooms and its incredible pool, you will relax and enjoy your trip in Marrakech. The villa is on an area of 9000 m² and you will have magnificent views from the terraces. The staff composed by one maid, one cook, two guardians, and one manager is available at any moment. Villa Le Sud is ideal for groups or families with children.

By entering villa Le Sud, you will find a dining room and a living room with chimney with a direct view on the terrace and the swimming pool. The patio gives on six bedrooms. The two other bedrooms have a private terrace, situated next to the Hammam. It is also possible to have beauty treatment à la carte. Villa Le Sud has a Wifi connexion. The terrace is well equipped, and you'll have the possibility to lunch or take your dinner around the large pool. Upstairs, you'll have a furnished terrace giving on the mountains and the large pool. This terrace is ideal for breakfasts in family.

The eight bedrooms are spacious and well-equipped. Each room has a double bed, a dressing area, its own bathroom, air conditioning and safes. Six of them are situated around the patio and both of them have a private terrace giving on the garden.

The security deposit is 10% of the total rental price. The security deposit is released 45 days after departure.
