Sharp 3 bedroom 3 bath single level home with a private heated salt water negative edge pool & hot tub. Unbelievable desert views from the back patio. Gated community with desert landscaping & mountain views. Very quiet area. 2500 sq ft of living space. California King Bed in the master suite, large master bath with dual vanities, large soaking tub, walk in shower and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a private in-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a Queen beds and is located adjacent to the guest bathroom. Home has High speed Wireless Internet, Digital Cable TV, DVD in living room and Master suite. Large gourmet kitchen with granite counters. Built in stainless steel Gourmet bbq on the furnished patio. Gas fireplace inside and outside. 2 car garage. Located just minutes from the Sunrise Trail which winds it's way up into the McDowell Mountains with great views of the valley and the surrounding mountains from the peak. Near the Mayo clinic. Minutes to restaurants, golf, shopping, etc. Minimum stay required.
