I played this course for a birthday tournament with friends. The course is a great value for the OC area, with fairways and greens in fair to good condition. Course difficulty is moderate, and the holes were challenging enough to make it interesting, but not too difficult to make you want to throw your clubs.
I've played at this course four-five times. Its a fun course that contains a lot of hills and rolling fairways; making fairway shots more challenging than other places. The greens are fair.
The pace of play has always been good, and you can find some good deals on this course.
